DESIGN PURCHASES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

How your ALLOWED to use my files

  • All of my digital art including ( PNG’s, Seamless files, Tumbler warps (12oz skinny and 16 oz cans) Are ONLY allowed  for personal and commercial use ONLY!
  • You are only allowed to use them for your finished product, this will include ; making shirt’s, sweater’s, hoodies, tank tops. Also, finished product for tumblers and can warps.  
  • You can change a single color image to another single color.
  • (Example: White single color can be changed to black for printing.)

 

What is NOT ALLOWED:

  • You may NOT share my files as your own. 
  • You may NOT resale or alter my files to NO ONE
  • You may NOT share my files to ANY dump groups
  • You may NOT share my files with ANY OTHER BIG OR SMALL BUSINESS.
  • You may NOT post your finial project WITHOUT a watermark. ALL of my design have to have a watermark at all time!
  • You may NOT sell my files to people that make tumblers, cups, glass can's, stickers etc WITHOUT purchasing my licensing

LICENSE ALLOWS THE FOLLOWING:

You must purchase this license before you list design made by 40e Tees. This license is for printing of files. After you purchase you are then able to sell screen prints, dtf print's, vinyl, stickers etc.

Failure to purchase this license before selling ANY transfer will have result's. This will include revocation of all commercial rights to purchase design WITHOUT refund.
